It’s been announced today that Rupert Grint will be in New York for an interview with Regis & Kelly Live on July 9th 2009 to promote Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince. His fellow actor Daniel Radcliffe will also be on the show the very next day for a separate interview. Remember the New York premiere for HBP will be on July 9th. We’ll keep you posted on any more promo events scheduled for Rupert during the upcoming busy weeks!

A press release has been issued, giving details about the New York City premiere of Half-Blood Prince. Actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), along with David Yates, David Heyman, and David Barron will be attending the event at the Ziegfeld theatre in Manhattan on Thursday, July 9, 2009.

Wales showbizz round up reveales that Kimberley will return for the second series of Cranford.

Kimberley, from Pontypridd, is also back with another series of Cranford, alongside Dame Judi Dench. She told us: “It’s all very exciting.”

Shooting began on June 1 and continues into August.

Bonnie and Matt Lewis (Neville) will be in Poland on July 20 and 21 for the Half-Blood Prince premiere. They will also be in Poland for an extra day doing press events and interviews. Bonnie begins filming Deathly Hallows next month so it will really be a busy summer for Bonnie! Rupert Grint is still filming Deathly Hallows right through the Half-Blood Prince release, however he will definitely be at the London and New York premieres. Look out for official press conferences very soon with the Trio and hopefully Bonnie Wright!

The British Official Harry Potter website has today launched a re-design, with music from the Half-Blood Prince soundtrack playing in the background. The website has videos, a gallery, a film synopsis and downloads (posters, wallpapers and buddy icons).


The website has also revealed several new posters!
